Permanent Private Slots

 

Private appointments use all of the Pilates equipment including mat work, reformer, Cadillac, ladder barrel, chair, fitness circle, flex-bands, etc. Please call the studio to check availability. Please specify the time of day you'd like to train and we will try to accommodate you as soon as possible.

Permanent Duet/Trio Slots

 

A trio appointment involves you and two other people working out with a trainer. Equipment used in trios include Reformer, Cadillac, Arc Barrels, Mat Work and Fitness Circles. Please call the studio to be placed in a class.
